Newt Gingrich to Keynote at STEWARD’s Grassroots Communications Conference

Newt Gingrich is returning to New Hampshire for the first time in nearly three years. The former U.S. House Speaker will keynote at the “Grassroots Communications Conference” sponsored by Fred Tausch’s watchdog organization, STEWARD (Save the Economy Without Accumulating Record Debt). The daylong event is scheduled to take place at Southern New Hampshire University. The event will take place on January 30, 2010.

Gingrich has been seen nearly every night on a major news network or talk show commenting on health care reform, the Obama administration, the war on terrorism, and the current state of the GOP. While in New Hampshire, Gingrich will join other speakers to discuss “emerging methods of communications to reach voters, constituents and activists,” according to Fred Tausch’s STEWARDS.

Gingrich asserted that he looks forward to meeting with New Hampshire conservatives and discussing ways of utilizing new media to disseminate the messages of freedom, safety, and prosperity. He hopes to motivate the conservative constituents to demand change from their government. STEWARD boasts that this conference “will empower participants to disseminate a conservative message, organize, and mobilize online.”

A consultant for STEWARD and Fred Tausch, Michael Dennehy praised Mr. Gingrich as “the pre-eminent creative thinker of the Republican Party”. Dennehy went on to assert that Gingrich should always be considered a potential presidential candidate because of his service as Speaker of the House and his continued involvement and interest in public policy.

Other speakers to be highlighted at the conference are Andrew Breitbart, best known for his work on Breitbart.com and Breitbart.tv, and Stephen Gillet, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and General of Starbucks’ Digital Ventures.

STEWARD’s event is free and open to the public; however, space constraints will limit the attendance to about 500 individuals. To register for the conference, visit www.STEWARDofProsperity.org.
