Dr. E. Ted Prince Discusses Financial Signature in Book

The Three Financial Styles of Very Successful Leaders, first published by McGraw-Hill in 2005 was written by Perth Leadership Institute’s CEO and founder, Dr. E. Ted Prince. Through Dr. Prince’s experiences gathered from two decades as CEO for various companies, this leadership book introduces the concept of the financial signature, which pertains to the collective personal financial traits of every leader.

A leadership and financial performance expert, Dr. Prince was CEO for various companies prior to his taking the helm of Perth Leadership. He holds master and doctorate titles in Political Science from Monash University in Melbourne, and has a BA in Language and Political Science, with First Class Honors, from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

E. Ted Prince’s book is described as being more than just a leadership manual. It is an eye-opening presentation of valuable information for executives who want to further polish their leadership skills, as well as for senior managers who want to ascend to the more distinguished executive level.

Dr. Prince describes the effect of financial signatures in molding a company’s financial and valuation performance through real-life examples. He points out different leadership styles by using some of the world’s most successful leaders as models, namely Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Pierre Omidyar among others.

The book also presents certain case studies that help illustrate and clarify the role of the financial signature in achieving financial success; it proves how having one is just as valuable as embracing the other factors of success like aggressiveness and risk taking.

Dr. Prince’s book has received several positive customer reviews on Amazon.com. It is described as an interesting and exciting book that focuses more on management than on trivial issues like profitability and gross margins.
