David Lindahl’s Multi-Family Millions

David Lindahl was a struggling landscaper when a bank approached him one winter time in Boston. David agreed to renovate a foreclosed house so he could take home something for his family to eat. That first time led to another until he eventually found himself deep into the renovation business. In three years’ time, David not only saved enough for his family’s meals but also became a millionaire. Today, David is the principal owner of The Lindahl Group and operates a publishing and seminar company called RE Mentor. His combination of special techniques in apartment investing is often the subject of various talks and lectures usually attended by real estate practitioners, and those who are overworked and underpaid but willing to succeed.

This self-made millionaire recently incorporated his techniques in a book called Multi-Family Millions: How Anyone Can Reposition Apartments for Big Profits. Published by Wiley, the 272-page book contains useful insights and ideas about how one can earn big by investing in small apartment houses.

In the book, David gives emphasis on investing in multi-family properties that present greater profit potential. It offers a step-by-step guide to the basics of multi-family investment, including effective investing strategies. It also imparts vital information about how one can find properties with great profit potentials, as well as ideas and tips on how to negotiate for better purchase prices, improving/renovating properties, and reselling properties at its maximum value.

Readers appreciate the author’s simple writing that makes the principles easy to understand. They believe that the information David provides in the book can be used as a starting point for anybody who wants to invest and reap the rewards.
